- We terminated 43 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Turkey. The campaign was sharing content in Turkish that was supportive of the Turkish Victory Party.
- We terminated 6 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was sharing content in Russian and Ukrainian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine.
- We terminated 37 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was sharing content in English and Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine.
- We terminated 22 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was sharing content in English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine, Poland, and the West.
- We blocked 1 domain from eligibility to appear on Google News surfaces and Discover as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The domain was sharing content in Russian about culture and society in Eastern Europe.
- We terminated 12 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was sharing content in Farsi, Russian, and Bahasa Indonesian that was supportive of Russia, Iran, and China and critical of NATO and the West.
- We terminated 3 YouTube channels and 1 Blogger blog as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was sharing content in English and French that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine and the West.
- We terminated 1,045 YouTube channels and blocked 2 domains from eligibility to appear on Google News surfaces and Discover as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was linked to a Russian consulting firm and was sharing content in Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine and the West.
- We terminated 4 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was linked to Russian state-sponsored entities and was sharing content in Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine.
- We terminated 12 YouTube channels, 1 Ads account, 1 AdSense account, and blocked 9 domains from eligibility to appear on Google News surfaces and Discover as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Romania. The campaign was sharing content in Romanian that was supportive of a specific Romanian political party.
- We blocked 2 domains from eligibility to appear on Google News surfaces and Discover as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Iran. The campaign was sharing content in Arabic that was critical of the United States, Israel, and the West.
- We terminated 12 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Iran. The campaign was sharing content in Arabic that was supportive of the Iranian government and Palestine and critical of Israel.
- We terminated 1 Ads account and blocked 1 domain from eligibility to appear on Google News surfaces and Discover as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Ghana. The campaign was linked to a digital marketing firm and was sharing content in English about candidates in the Ghanaian presidential election. Our findings are similar to findings reported by Meta and OpenAI.
- We terminated 356 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Azerbaijan. The campaign was sharing content in Azerbaijani that was supportive of Azerbaijan and critical of Armenia and critics of the Azerbaijani government.
- We terminated 4 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The campaign was sharing content in English and Chinese that was supportive of China and critical of the Philippines.
- We terminated 1,545 YouTube channels as part of our ongoing investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to the PRC. The coordinated inauthentic network uploaded content in Chinese and English about China and US foreign affairs. These findings are consistent with our previous reports.
May
- We terminated 20 YouTube channels, 4 Ads accounts, and 1 Blogger blog as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was linked to the Russian state-controlled media outlet RT and was sharing content in Spanish, English, Serbian, and Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine and the West.
- We terminated 6 YouTube channels and 1 Ads account as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to the People's Republic of China (PRC). The campaign was sharing content in English that was supportive of the PRC and President Xi Jinping.
- We terminated 1 YouTube channel as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was linked to Russian state-sponsored entities and was sharing content in Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine.
- We terminated 507 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Russia. The campaign was linked to a Russian consulting firm and was sharing content in Russian that was supportive of Russia and critical of Ukraine and the West.
- We terminated 457 YouTube channels as part of our investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to Azerbaijan. The campaign was sharing content in Azerbaijani that was supportive of Azerbaijan and critical of Armenia and critics of the Azerbaijani government.
- We terminated 3,592 YouTube channels as part of our ongoing investigation into coordinated influence operations linked to the PRC. The coordinated inauthentic network uploaded content in Chinese and English about China and US foreign affairs. These findings are consistent with our previous reports.
