This summer, Egyptians searched for different local beaches according to Google Trends. The various beaches of Matrouh topped the search trends, in addition to beaches in the governorates of Ismailia, Ain Sokhna, and Alexandria. Egyptians' interest in local tourist destinations has also increased.
