Automate manual work for publishers with AI tools
We're introducing three new AI tools that automate manual work for publishers, freeing up their time to focus on creating great content.
- From manual reviews to automated protection: Our new AI brand safety tool learns a publisher's unique brand standards — above and beyond category restrictions — from the decisions they make in the Ads Review Center. It then surfaces unwanted ads and will soon automatically block them, improving ad quality and reducing manual work. This builds on our Protections and existing AI tools that prevent ad fraud and scam.
- From complex systems to tailored and actionable insights: Ad Manager's new generative AI reporting tool enables publishers to easily create custom reports, so they can get a better understanding of their campaign performance. A publisher can now simply ask, "Which ad units had the highest CPM last week?" and get the report they need.
- From waiting for support to getting immediate help: We’re also rolling out Help guide, a new AI-powered chat in the Ad Manager, AdMob and AdSense help centers that provides instant support with onboarding and troubleshooting. That’s particularly helpful for smaller businesses who may have limited time, expertise or resources.
Capture more value from live moments
Unpredictable live events, like a football game that goes into overtime or an award show that runs over, can create high-value audiences. But monetizing that inventory in real time has historically been a technical and operational challenge for publishers.
As 82% of buyers say that they are likely to increase their programmatic live CTV investment in the next 12 months, our new CTV Live-biddable solution for Ad Manager helps publishers maximize the value of high-viewership live events. Publishers can now understand their live event audiences in real time at scale, giving advertisers access to the most engaged audiences at the moments that matter.
We’re continuing our work with publishers and ad tech providers to create industry-wide standards for implementation, and introducing new features to help streamline adoption. This includes smarter content identification and more reliable ad delivery, enabling advertisers to more easily find and bid on this impactful live inventory.

Streamline direct deals with agencies
As the industry shifts toward more direct connections, we're rolling out Buyer Direct in Ad Manager. This new feature combines the control of a traditional direct deal with the efficiency of programmatic technology, including cross publisher frequency optimizations, real time reporting and consolidated billing.
This feature enables publishers and advertisers to reap the benefits of traditional reservations at scale, introducing new revenue opportunities and a more direct path.
