Raw & Intimate: Ruel Joins YouTube Music Nights
We have loved championing Ruel since his very first uploads hit YouTube, and watching him grow into a global force who always puts his community first has been incredibly rewarding. To celebrate his brilliant new album, Kicking My Feet & Screaming, we wanted to deliver something that feels deeply personal, yet globally accessible.
To bring this to life, we partnered with Mood on the Roof - a brilliant, tastemaker live-music series of moody single-take rooftop concerts, created by Mude and produced by Sayless. Together, we moved away from Ruel’s massive festival stages and chill stage presence, to a high-energy, haze-filled set in a sweaty Sydney warehouse setting on Gadigal Land.
Filmed in front of a crowd of 80 day-one superfans, this performance shows Ruel in a completely new light, capturing a raw, gritty, party energy that is absolutely electric from start to finish - and a testament to the sheer depth and versatility of Ruel's live artistry. We are so proud to support Ruel’s creative vision and to bring this unique 4K performance directly to the living rooms worldwide.
The full live show, alongside cut-down song videos and YouTube Shorts, is now live on Ruel's YouTube Channel - @oneruel!
