Launching Google for Startups Accelerator: Apps program - applications open!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Google for Startups Accelerator: Apps program, an exciting opportunity for Android app startups to scale their product and make a significant impact in the app ecosystem.
An evolution of Appscale Academy, this program, supported by the MeitY Startup Hub, uplevels the momentum of ASA, offering even deeper support and mentorship to app-based startups to supercharge their growth.
The Google for Startups Accelerator: Apps program will be an in-depth 3-month mentorship journey for 20 eligible app companies. Selected startups will get tailored input to improve their product experience, tech approach, security, and grow their user base.
A key focus will be on equipping startups with the AI knowledge and tools they need to succeed, including access to Google's latest AI models and technologies. This aligns with our commitment to training 10K Indian startups to leverage AI, working with MeitY Startup Hub. We'll provide AI-focused programming and in-depth mentorship to help startups thrive in the AI landscape and take their business to new heights.
Google for Startups Accelerator: Apps program highlights:
- Mentorship: The program offers access to mentors with extensive experience in the Android, Cloud and AI ecosystem. These experts will provide 1:1 mentoring, and group learning sessions to help startups navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
- Design Review: Participants will benefit from reviews of their app design. This feedback will ensure that their apps are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Access Android and Play Teams: This cohort marks a unique opportunity for startups to work closely with teams from Android and Google Play who will offer mentorship into product development, design, and growth strategies.
- Credits: Eligible startups benefit from dedicated Google AI technical expertise and receive Google Cloud credits via the Google for Startups Cloud Program
- AI Knowledge and Tools: Gain in-depth knowledge about leveraging AI for their solutions, with access to Google's cutting-edge AI resources and expertise.
Startups that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- Android App based startups
- Based in India
- Preferably Seed to Series A stages
