Retailers can now personalize member-only pricing and shipping benefits across both free and paid listings on Google, driving deeper engagement with their most valuable shoppers. Take Sephora US, which uses personalized annotations to show signed-in shoppers specific discounts based on their loyalty tier, resulting in a 20% increase in click-through rate for personalized ads shown to loyal customers. We're also launching a loyalty goal in Google Ads, which helps retailers optimize budgets for their highest value shoppers, tailor their bids and drive higher lifetime value.
