Google Cloud Welcomes Farsad Nasseri as New Country Manager for Canada

And we’ve opened two cloud regions – one in Toronto and one in Montreal – to make it easier for Canadian companies to take advantage of Google Cloud’s technology.
Today, we're excited to further our commitment by announcing that Farsad Nasseri has been appointed as the new Country Managing Director for Google Cloud Canada. Farsad brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Canadian market to this role, having previously led enterprise sales for Google Cloud in Canada. Prior to Google, Farsad worked at a number of startups, including NexJ Systems and Camilion Solutions, focusing on market development and technical sales in emerging verticals across North America.
In his new role, Farsad will lead our efforts in helping Canadian businesses of all sizes – from startups to large enterprises and public sector organizations – use cloud and AI technologies to drive transformation and innovation.
I’m taking on a broader mandate across North America for our Cloud business. In this new role, I’ll work alongside our talented U.S. and Canada regional team leaders to continue building on our strong momentum and will relocate to New York City to be closer to our customers and teams in the U.S. But I'll continue collaborating closely with Farsad and our incredible Canadian teams to help organizations leverage the best of Google to digitally transform and prepare for the future. Leading Google Cloud Canada over these past two years has been such a rewarding experience, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to our customers, partners and Google teams for your trust and confidence.
