Applications for the 8th batch of Google for Startups Accelerator: India now open for AI-first startups

Startups across various sectors use AI to develop innovative solutions, drive efficiency, create new market opportunities, and do more with less - with generative AI, the potential opportunities are greater still.

According to NASSCOM, AI startups in India face challenges in access to scalable infrastructure, lack of high-quality datasets, and frameworks around data privacy and ethics. At Google, we partner with startups to help them build scalable solutions responsibly with AI and ML from the ground up.

Through the Google for Startups Accelerator program in India, we support startups like BrainSightAI or Wysa using AI technology to develop unique solutions for crucial challenges and as the AI landscape evolves rapidly, we are committed to supporting the Indian startup ecosystem to harness its many possibilities.

In June 2023, we kick-started the seventh class with 20 Seed to Series A startups. The batch is now underway, and the startups are engaging with mentors and Google teams to address their technical, product, and business challenges.

As these startups continue their journey with the program, we are excited to invite AI-first startups from India between Seed to Series A stage to apply for the eighth cohort of the Google for Startups Accelerator: India program.

Google for Startups Accelerator: India is a three-month, equity-free program that brings the best of Google's programs, products, people, and technology to Indian tech startups leveraging AI/ML.
