Google for Startups Accelerator: India Class 7 Application Now Open
Across the world, startups are solving the world’s important challenges with agility, innovative technology, and determination. In India, Google is proud to help to accelerate the growth journeys of over 130 startups through our Google for Startups Accelerator programs and create programs that reflect the expansion of this unique ecosystem to better support women funders and startups located far from the major city centers through the Startup School India.
As more startups look to leverage the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), we’re committed to supporting their integration of these transformational technologies. Today, we’re opening applications for the next class of the Google for Startups Accelerator: India program to startups that are focused on utilizing AI and ML.
What is Google for Startups Accelerator: India?
Google for Startups Accelerator: India is a three-month, equity-free accelerator program for Seed to Series A tech startups in India. The accelerator brings the best of Google's programs, products, people, and technology to Indian tech startups leveraging AI/ML or data.
Who is eligible to apply?
We are looking for Indian startups working across different sectors using AI and ML to solve complex problems and tackle the toughest challenges in their industry. Startups that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- Startups working across different sectors either using or planning to use AI/ML or data
- Startups based in India
- Preferably between Seed to Series A stages
What can shortlisted startups expect from the program?
The selected startups will receive mentorship and support around AI/ML, Cloud, UX, Android, web, product strategy, and growth. In addition to mentorship and technical project support, the accelerator provides deep dives and workshops focused on product design, customer acquisition, and founders’ leadership development. The program concludes with a Demo Day to connect founders, increase startup visibility and drive connections to other ecosystem builders across India.
