Fitbit and Jawbone announce resolution of litigation

Fitbit and AliphCom (assignment for the benefit of creditors) LLC, the assignee for the former Jawbone, today announced that they have reached a global settlement agreement resolving all outstanding litigation between the parties. The terms of the agreement will remain confidential and both sides look forward to putting these disputes behind them.
