Kedasha Kerr is the creator and owner of itsthatlady.dev, a blog that provides coding tips and career advice for new developers and technologists. When Kedasha was entering the tech industry, she found it difficult to find information from people who looked like herself, so she stepped up to serve as a role model for underserved communities contemplating entering the industry. Mita Carriman is the CEO and founder of Adventurely.app, a company that connects digital nomads to one another and to their local communities through a variety of services and products.
