With a simple long press of the launcher (and within the screenshot tool) you can select to search to find similar shoppable options or more information—all without leaving where you are. 3
- Get things done faster with Text capture: Text capture pulls information right from your images, including receipts and recipes, and transforms it into editable text 4 so you don’t need to retype. If you’re highlighting an event invite, you can click one button to have it automatically populate a Google Calendar hold with the details. If you’re baking grandma’s favorite pie for a family gathering, you can add a digital shopping list into Google Docs straight from her handwritten recipe.
- Create images on demand with the new Quick Insert key: You can now easily generate AI images or insert photos and emojis right where you need them to enhance documents and presentations, without interrupting your flow.
- Simplify complex text with Help me read: Help me read 5 now does more than summarize long text—the “simplify” button now takes complex language and makes it more understandable, turning dense text into an easier read
- Unlock new features in Gemini and NotebookLM with the Google AI Pro plan: Get 2TB of cloud storage, as well as Gemini in Gmail, Docs and more with the Google AI Pro plan, included with the purchase of a Chromebook Plus for 12 months.
