Elias Roman

Elias Roman is a Vice President of Product in Google Labs, focused on applications of generative media. Prior to that, Elias served as the managing partner for Google’s bottoms-up incubator Area 120, and prior to that led product for Google Play Music and the YouTube Music app. Prior to Google, he was the co-founder and CEO of Songza, which was acquired by Google in 2014. Outside of work, Elias serves on the Board of Pursuit, a Queens-based non-profit that trains diverse adults with the most need and potential to get jobs in tech; the impact is transformational, with the average participant earning $18,000 a year before they enter the program and $90,000 after program completion.
