Today, we announced several new ways developers can use Gemini 2.0 to create new apps and boost their productivity. Here’s an overview.

• An experimental version of Gemini 2.0 Flash, our powerhouse model designed for speed and efficiency, is now available for developers through the Gemini API in AI Studio and Vertex AI.
• Gemini 2.0 Flash integrates with tools like Search and code execution, enabling improved reasoning and problem-solving.
• Multimodal Live API enables real-time, dynamic communication, with real-time voice interactions and natural conversation mechanics like interruptions.
• Jules, an AI code assistant integrated with Github, is now available to trusted testers.
• An experimental data science agent, which we announced at I/O this May, will use Gemini 2.0 to create notebooks in Colab for trusted testers.
• Developers can also sign up to use Gemini 2.0 Flash in Gemini Code Assist for enhanced coding capabilities in all supported developer environments.
