I have a real passion for wanting to help as many people as possible to find a way of working out that suits them. Being regularly active is just the BEST way to help you feel confident and healthy, both physically and mentally. For years I’ve tried and tested workouts with various exercises to keep me motivated to stay fit. I love that technology can help make this even more accessible which is why I set up Own Your Goals, making it easy to follow along to workouts from anywhere with access to challenges and programmes, all available on desktop and mobile.

I’m really pumped that the Own Your Goals Summer Sculpt Challenge is now available on Fitbit Premium, giving members access to workouts which can help you shed, burn, tone and sweat. Expect energising workouts and daily motivation for exercise that fits in with what you want to do, wherever you are. From body conditioning and low-impact cardio to aerobics, there are classes for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level.

Designed to be done over six weeks, the Summer Sculpt challenge will help you get your endorphins pumping, giving you energy and confidence. It’s easy to follow on Fitbit Premium and if you’ve got a Fitbit paired, you can see how hard you are working with real-time Fitbit heart rate stats and Active Zone Minutes, which will appear on screen within your chosen workout video.
