We’re giving every Catholic-school teacher access to AI literacy tools to help prepare educators and students for an AI-forward world. This just-launched Google Educator Group, specifically for Catholic-school educators, was founded in partnership with the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) to make training available to 146,000 U.S. educators who will in turn serve 1.6 million students nationwide.

The initiative is part of the Google AI Educator Series, which is designed to deliver AI literacy training to all K–12 and university educators across the country. To kick things off, six Catholic-school educators will visit Google campuses to learn the core foundations of AI, strategies for streamlining administrative tasks so teachers can reclaim their time and more. They’ll then help implement AI training at the regional level.

We’ll be at the NCEA Conference in Minneapolis this week, offering on-the-ground training and a firsthand look at how AI can enhance the classroom experience for students and educators.
