Rolling out with the latest app update and over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be adding and updating new experiences in Fitbit’s personal health coach in Public Preview. Here’s what you can expect:
- A more flexible coaching experience with personalized, weekly fitness plans (Premium only) so you'll now get customized weekly targets and tailored workouts based on your goals – an update based on your feedback in Public Preview. The ability to adjust your plan, targets and workouts is also coming next week.
- Step-by-step guidance for workouts recommended by your coach.
- Personalized messages throughout your day in the Today tab, including morning moments, post-workout summaries and end-of-day or end-of-week updates.
- More natural ways of checking-in with your coach for updates by tapping the Ask Coach chat.
- And a revamped Sleep Score, which started rolling out yesterday, so you can better understand your rest and get a more transparent view of how your score is calculated.
