We’re partnering with the State of Delaware to provide free AI and career training.

We’re working alongside the Delaware Department of Labor and Delaware Libraries to provide residents with no-cost access to Google Career Certificates and Google AI courses. This initiative helps Delawareans gain valuable, high-demand skills for today’s fast-growing careers, with no college degree or previous experience required.

The flexible, self-paced online training programs include:

• Google AI courses: Foundational offerings, including the Google AI Professional Certificate that help residents learn to use AI tools to boost everyday workplace productivity, write effective prompts, and build custom apps through vibe coding.
• Google Career Certificates: Job-ready training across in-demand fields, including cybersecurity, data analytics, digital marketing and e-commerce, IT support, project management and UX design. Graduates of the Career Certificate program access a platform to connect directly with Google's employer consortium of more than 150 major U.S. companies, including Deloitte, Siemens, and Wells Fargo.

More than 70% of Google Career Certificate graduates report a positive career outcome within six months of completing the program, which typically takes three to six months of flexible, part-time study. Delaware residents can learn more and apply for a no-cost learning license through the Delaware Department of Labor.
