When DevFest, Google's global developer technology conference hosted by Google Developer Group organizers, started in 2012, there were 77 events that reached 14,000 developers. Last year, these hyper-local, in-person tech events designed by -and for-their local developer communities reached over 300,000 developers around the world. And now, DevFest is making an in-person return for its 12th year.
Beginning October 2, developers can sign up for an event near them to hear the latest about Google's products across mobile, web, AI and cloud and experience hands-on demos and workshops. They’ll also get a chance to learn and build with Google technologies right in their own backyard.
DevFests focus on solutions that sync with both Google products and the broader developer tool ecosystem. If you are a developer, you'll get the inside scoop on the new features discussed at Google I/O, with one goal in mind: streamlining your work processes so you can build better, ship faster, and tap into your creative potential.
